FAQ

Where are COUCHES events held?
We host events at various venues around New Orleans. The location is shared with ticket holders closer to the event date. Some venues are public, others are private spaces we transform for the night.
How do I get tickets?
Tickets are available on the Shop page when an event is announced. We recommend joining our text list (504-499-1542) for early access and secret show announcements.
What's the refund policy?
Tickets are non-refundable but transferable. If you can't make it, you're welcome to give or sell your ticket to someone else.
Can I take photos or videos?
We ask that you stay present during performances. Quick photos are fine, but please no flash and no recording full songs. We capture professional footage and share it after.
Is there assigned seating?
Most events are first come, first seated. Some shows have reserved sections. Check your ticket confirmation for details.
How do I get notified about secret shows?
Text us at 504-499-1542 to join our text list. Secret shows are announced exclusively to our text subscribers before anywhere else.
